Scholarship Program

DEADLINE TO APPLY IS MARCH 31, 2026

William Medeiros, Jr., Memorial Scholarship $3,000

This Scholarship will be awarded to a student who has joined a San Benito County family, or in the case of Anzar High School, (San Benito, Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties), by adoption, foster care, or group home and will be attending a two or four-year college, university, or technical school.

Kinship Seneca Scholarships

These scholarships will be awarded to students who have been in foster care OR are planning to enter the fields of Child Psychology, Social Work, or Early Childhood Development.

Kinship Enrichment Fund

Grants for Foster and Adoptive Families

The Kinship Enrichment Fund provides supplemental support to foster and adoptive families, as well as those participating in behavioral health programs. These funds help cover educational and other expenses that families may not be able to afford on their own. Examples include youth camp fees, desks and supplies for online learning, YMCA after-school or summer programs, karate or swim lessons, and items such as strollers or high chairs.

This funding is made possible through generous community donations, offering families opportunities and resources that might otherwise be out of reach.
